Tropical storm "Lion Rock" arrived Hong Kong 熱帶風暴「獅子山」登陸香港

The tropical storm "Lion Rock" cause severe weather in Hong Kong. Typhoon Signal No. 3 is hoisted at the Observatory today and a black rainstorm warning signal was issued. The Observatory pointed out that under the combined influence of the "Lion Rock" and the northeast monsoon, there will be strong winds and heavy rain in Hong Kong.
